RECRUITING REFERENCE SPECIALIST AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $70K to $85K (based upon candidate and experience); and Paid OT (if worked)
Excellent Benefits including Year-end Bonus; Vacation; and Sick Days

Solidly established, Global FinTech is looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with proven writing and editing skills to join the firm's Recruiting Team as a Recruiting Reference Specialist with a focus on the candidate reference-taking process. In this six-month assignment, you will play a key role in the candidate evaluation and hiring process. A high performer in the role may have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment at the firm.

We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree required
Proven writing and editing abilities essential
Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred, as are demonstrated attention to detail and project execution skills
Effective verbal communication skills, including experience interviewing subjects from a range of professional backgrounds, are a plus.
Candidates who can handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, take initiative, and excel at working as part of a team will thrive in this role

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
You will collaborate with the firm's recruiters and recruiting coordinators to carry out the candidate reference-taking process for a broad range of roles. You will schedule and conduct reference calls, then produce written summaries in a clear, concise, and well-structured format for consideration by senior management as part of our hiring process. You will communicate directly with candidates' references, who may include former managers, senior executives, or faculty members familiar with candidates' professional work or academic achievements. This work is often time-sensitive, as candidates in the late stages of our hiring process frequently have competing offers and deadlines. •
