We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Admin to join our Content Partner Success Team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and delivering on key initiatives. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, analysing data, and providing insights to drive growth and partnership value. This is a 7-8 month contract.
How you will make your mark:
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments for the Partner Success team and maintain up-to-date partner records in our database.
- Outreach & Communication: Respond to simple outreach and FAQs from partners, supporting the Partner Success team in their communications.
- Contract Management: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing partner agreements via DocuSign, ensuring all contracts are accurate, complete, and properly recorded.
- Data Analysis: Analyze reports to help the Partner Success team understand the state of partnerships and develop insights that drive value.
- System Management: Input and verify partner information across multiple systems, and audit records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with various teams to support Content Partner Success Management (CPSM) activities.
You will bring with you:
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel. Plus, experience with CRM systems like Airtable is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and on deadline.
- Proactive & Autonomous: Ability to work independently and proactively to deliver on priorities.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude, actively contributing to meetings and team activities.
- Global Communicator: Comfortable working with team members across different time zones and contributing to a global, remote team.
