This position will be responsible for understanding the Oracle Fusion HCM data migration and configuration link on how the data should be migrated/mapped from the legacy systems to the Oracle Fusion HCM especially Core HR, Absences and Payroll modules. - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM
- Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large scale implementations with a focus on Data Migration
- Hands on experience of HDL and PBL
- Good understanding of the Oracle HCM data elements, ability to map them with the legacy data and catering to the needs of the configurations
- Good understanding on the DFF's/DDF's and the usage of the same
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Possesses a team and customer service provision orientation
- More specific details of the Technical and Functional areas
- Fusion Technical – HDL, PBL, BIP reports, Quick Pay, Payroll flows like Balance Initialization
- Fusion Functional (Not config level but at Functional working level) – Knowledge on Core HR setup, Absence Plans (enrolments and accruals), Bank & Branch setup, Payroll elements, calculation cards & balances, Third party organization setup, Work schedules and setup, DFF, KFF, EFF
- Domain – Expert knowledge on UK/ROI pay and legislation including Pensions; Data migration principles
- Unipay Technical – Uni-reports, Uni-formulas, Element setup, Online Screen setup
- Unipay Functional – E2E knowledge on payroll pre-requisites (including inbound and outbound
- interfaces, auto-enrolment etc.), payroll processing (Gross-to-Nett to Payslips), built-in interfaces viz. HMRC & BACS, UK Payroll legislation rules
