<p>We are thrilled to introduce this awesome opportunity for a well-connected, senior <strong>igaming affiliate-management professional </strong>to join a <strong>well-established affiliate network</strong>!</p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners for brands globally and monitor their activity</li><li>Monitor and enhance performance, using affiliate software</li><li>Collaborate with marketing partners to identify innovative ways to enhance existing partnerships and test new affiliate strategies</li><li>Continuously monitor and evaluate current processes to identify new opportunities</li><li>Identify key partners and optimize incentives for enhanced productivity</li><li>Regularly analyze and report on results from network initiatives</li><li>Optimize deals and campaigns to meet sales and profitability targets</li><li>Reactivate stagnant affiliate accounts</li><li>Represent network at industry events globally</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience from working in an <strong>affiliate network</strong> as Affiliate Manager</li><li><strong>Igaming Affiliation for min 3 years</strong></li><li>Strong affiliate-connections within the igaming industry</li><li><strong>Excellent knowledge about the GLOBAL iGaming scene</strong>: trends, products, shakers and movers</li><li>Business-savvy with excellent understanding of profitability calculations</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</li><li>Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese, Russian or Japanese</li><li>Self-motivated solution-finder with can-do attitude</li><li>Strong negotiation and sales skills</li><li>Understanding different traffic sources and the benefits/risks associated with each</li><li>Experience of analysing traffic quality</li><li>Ability to identify fraudulent activites</li><li>Ability to <strong>travel extensively globally</strong> as and when required, several times annually</li><li>Happy to represent the company at various undustry events</li></ul><p><strong>About this role</strong></p><ul><li>Based either in <strong>Copenhagen or fully remotely w frequent travel to CPH</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent salary & comprehensive bonus</strong> structure based on KPIs – show off your negotiation skills!
