VIP Manager Casino - French

<p>A brilliant opportunity for a driven VIP account manager who loves engaging with players and is extremely results oriented. <strong>Being a native French speaker is a requirement</strong> for this role, and you must have at least 2 years' experience within igaming, of which one year must be within VIP Management. </p><p><strong>Basic salary from 2000-5900 net monthly</strong> depending on seniority.<br><br>Up to<strong> 5000 BGN </strong>monthly KPI related <strong>bonus</strong></p><p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone</li> <li>Identify potential VIP clients</li> <li>Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients</li> <li>Assess and resolve clients' issues</li> <li>Meet VIP players for streamed and live events</li> <li>Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance</li> <li>Meet or exceed KPI targets</li> <li>Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Native-speaker</strong> in <strong>French</strong>, both written and spoken</li> <li>Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken</li> <li>A minimum of <strong>2 years</strong> experience of working within <strong>igaming</strong>, of which 1 year or more in <strong>VIP</strong> management</li> <li>1+ year experience of working with VIP players active on the <strong>French</strong> market</li></ul><p><strong>About this role</strong></p><ul> <li>Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria (no remote flexibility)</li> <li>Shifts are worked between the hours of 09:00-02:00 (<strong>no night shifts</strong>)</li> <li>Late shifts can be worked from home </li> <li><strong>2000-5900 net monthly salary (BGN)</strong></li> <li>Comprehensive KPI-related <strong>bonus</strong> scheme of up to <strong>5000 BGN</strong> <strong>monthly</strong></li> <li>This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based apart from late shifts</li></ul><p>Apply with your detailed CV in English, please.</p><p><br>*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU.
