You will also become an important voice of SNS within the local community in Tokyo.</p><p><strong>Main responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Create a memorable shop floor experience with genuine customer service.</li><li>Keep the store space nice and representative.</li><li>Connect with and build long term relations with key customers.</li><li>Visual merchandising.</li><li>Cask desk transactions and opening/closing procedures.</li><li>Support product launches, content shoots and activations where appropriate/requested.</li></ul><p><strong>Skill requirements and soft skills</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, and current trends.</li><li>Strong sales skills and a genuine interest in customer service.</li><li>Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Emphasizes honesty, punctuality and always staying professional.</li><li>Flexible and adaptive to rapid changes.</li><li>At least 3 year of experience in retail.</li></ul><p><strong>About SNS</strong></p><p>SNS is a brand founded in 1999 out of the love and curiosity for the culture and life around Sneakers, Fashion, Art, Music and Basketball.
