<p>SNS keeps growing and we are now looking to expand our Supply Chain team with a Shipping Coordinator for our global operations.</p><p>It's a full-time job located at SNS headquarters at Södermalm, Stockholm and report to our Supply Chain Operations Lead, Europe.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong><br>On top of your agenda will be to ensure that products are being shipped to the right location, with the right documentation and at the right time. </p><p>That includes to support brands, including our own brand, SNS Label, by setting up cost effective routes with carriers, keeping track of trade terms and customs documentation, book the transport and ensure all the right people are informed. </p><p>Another task will be to ship stock between our warehouses and stores. Plenty of things to ship and to keep track of. So we believe you love planning and are strong with details. Otherwise you'll have to work a lot harder!<br></p><p>We are a global player with warehouses and stores in EU, UK, US and Japan so our transports are truly global and experience from similar tasks are therefore much appreciated. At least you should appreciate working with people around the globe, that includes working in different time zones as well.</p><p>It will be fun, full-speed and action oriented almost all the time.</p><p>If you love to speak with a lot of people every day and take pride in deliver a good, accurate service, we can't wait to hear from you!<br></p><p> </p><p><strong>What you will bring:</strong><br></p><p>You have both an academic background within supply chain and worked some years, preferably with fashion and e-comm, but most importantly with transportation and cross-border shipments including customs.<br></p><p>We work in MS Navision and Business Central and you'll create Sales/Purchase/Transfer Orders in those systems, so if you already are familiar with each other, that will help a lot!<br></p><p> </p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><p>We hope it's in your DNA to support your colleagues and help out where needed.
