Policy Analyst / Adoption Readiness Level Coordinator
Washington DC / Hybrid

MUST :
Eligible for High Level Public Trust
4+ years of relevant experience in Analytics, Financial or Technical field
Highly analytical in the areas such as market research, financial analysis, product development and/or supply chain/manufacturing
Experience in defining, creating and implementing policy changes across an organization
Proficient in MS office Suite
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong presentation skills with ability to speak to department heads and lead a meeting
Able to work well in high paced environment
Strong attention to detail and extreme organized at a project level
Strong problem solving skills
Bachelor's Degree in Finanance, Data, Technical, Mathmatics related field

DUTIES :
The ideal candidate will support leadership in the planning, preparation, and implementation of policies and strategies for technology commercialization
Work with a wide variety of people across the organization
Review and synthesize volumes of data and to clearly communicate technical and/or financial ideas and concepts to wide range of audiences
Develop analyses, reports, briefings, memos, presentations, and visuals that communicate the objectives and goals of various commercialization initiatives and programs
Review and vet information and materials with management/senior staff, related stakeholders and other offices as needed
Act in a liaison capacity with other organizations, including relevant industry groups, non-profits, consultants, and other working groups
Review progress and evaluate results and recommend major changes in real-time
Build on existing knowledge and network in technology products and markets to develop deep understanding and perspective for innovation opportunities and commercialization pathways for energy technologies
Create related reports to justify policy changes to the end client
