This position works to improve processes and software utilizing data analysis. This position works to bridge the gap between IT and the organization through process and software improvement, implementation, and configuration. Map business processes to ERP workflows for maximum reporting and cost reduction benefit.
Essential Functions:
Serve as a liaison between the IT department and organizational departments regarding specific IT software related projects.
Analyze complex business issues and provides IT solutions.
Organize and clarify project or business needs as it aligns with software specifications.
Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support business goals.
Mapping, installation, and configuration of new Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solution to problem area Troubleshoot system errors.
Modify, create, and maintain reports.
Provide ongoing support for existing Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
Utilize Power BI for supporting and to support departmental requests.
Understanding of financial and manufacturing business systems and processes.
Provide analyst support for business and engineering apps when needed.
Provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
Train end users to operate new, modified, or existing programs and applications.
Provide SME support to the help desk as needed.

Skills and Abilities:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Associate or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering: Preferred
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience
Computer Skills: Excellent understanding of D365 F&O, LCS administration, Agile, SharePoint, MS Flow, MS Azure Ad, SQL and Power BI. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in data analysis. Experience in programming.
Certifications & Licenses: ITAR: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Required
