CNC Machine Operator

Hourly Rate: £11.50 - £13.96 (Annual Salary: £24,034 - £29,036)
Location: Radcliffe, M26.

Requirements

Industry Experience: Previous experience in CNC machining, ideally within the Furniture or Joinery manufacturing sector.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Comec, Homag, or Biesse CNC machines is highly desirable. Knowledge of Biesse B-Solid software is a strong advantage.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.

Flexibility: Willingness to work a 2pm to 10pm shift pattern and transition to afternoon shifts later in the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and editing CNC programs within joinery or panel production.
• Collaborating with a productive team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing process.
• Ensuring all components meet our high-quality standards.

Shift Details:

• Days: Monday to Thursday, 07:30am - 5:00pm | Friday, 07:30am - 2:00pm.
• Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pmstarting later this year or early 2025.
• Attendance Bonus: Earn an additional £200/month if no late or sick days are recorded.
