Project Manager - New Product Development

 Primary Assignments: 

• Lead New Product Development projects, driving them from the drawing board to reality. 
• Be the central hub, connecting teams across Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and more. 
• Own timelines and milestones, ensuring flawless execution and timely launches. 
• Evaluate risks, solve challenges, and keep the team moving forward. 
• Support continuous improvement, ensuring our processes are always evolving for the better. 

 Essential Qualifications: 

• 3-6 years of experience in project management within consumer goods, preferably in food manufacturing. 
• A Bachelor’s Degree (bonus points if it’s in Project Management!). 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Project experience is a plus). 

 Physical Requirements and Work Environment: 

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. 
• Comfortable with varying temperatures and a loud environment. 
• Required to wear PPE – safety first! 
• New Product Development tests may run early, at night, or on a weekend.
