We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive and delightful consumer-facing products to become part out our Digital Product Management team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging user experiences and a keen eye for detail. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our products to life, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Deliver detailed wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Ensure that the design is consistent with the overall brand and product strategy.
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably focusing on consumer-facing products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of user-centered design solutions.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of coding for web and mobile applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Swift, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other methods of evaluating design effectiveness.

- At least 3-5 projects demonstrating your process from concept to completion.
- Examples of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- A case study for each project detailing your role, the challenges faced, and the solutions implemented.
- Any relevant research or user feedback integrated into the design process.
- Optional: Links to live projects or interactive prototypes
