We started Marley Spoon because we love cooking and we love eating. Marley Spoon is currently operating in the US, Europe and Australia. We are currently looking for a Production Associate to help us grow Marley Spoon.
As a Production Associate you will be the champion of our product, directly impacting the customer experience. You will work in various production areas, from order intake, material handling, assembly and final assembly and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- You will directly work on the assembly assuring the best quality of our products and a great customer experience;
- Responsible for ensuring that only the highest quality ingredients make it into our boxes;
- You will unpack and sort the incoming goods and make a first quality check;
- You provide on-time and on quality delivery of ingredients to the production line;
- Assist with any day to day tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience in production or assembling or picking;
- Experience in working with fresh food produce. This is an advantage, not a requirement;
- Ability to communicate in basic English to understand instructions, ask questions, and interact with colleagues and customers;
- Ability to read and understand written instructions, signs, and work-related documents in English;
- Must be comfortable in a cold warehouse/production environment (around 4 degrees Celsius);
- A hands-on mentality;
- An eye for detail - you work meticulously and efficiently;
- Focus on quality and creative in solving problems.
