Weave is seeking a creative and strategic thinker to join our team as Senior Partner Marketing Manager. This role is crucial to our growth strategy and will focus on developing and expanding our marketing relationships with integration partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand awareness and demand through partnerships by developing innovative marketing campaigns and managing strong relationships with marketing counterparts in partner organizations. This candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- This position will be hybrid/in office out of our Lehi, UT HQ with some infrequent travel required
- Reports to: Sr. Director of Content and Communications
What You Will Own
- Partner Readiness: Create compelling positioning, messaging, training, and content that enable integration partners to succeed with Weave and prioritize us over competitors. Develop a user-friendly asset management system, continually updating resources to meet partner needs.
- Weave Team Readiness: Equip Weave sales and marketing teams with the positioning, messaging, training, and tools needed to capitalize on partner opportunities. Ensure seamless access to up-to-date content through internal asset management systems.
- Segmentation: Align integration partner opportunities with Weave’s prospect and customer base to optimize demand creation and maximize impact.
- Partner Programs: Identify co-marketing opportunities with partner organizations, such as email, direct mail, paid media, events, and website presence. Develop and manage a portfolio of awareness and demand generation programs executed by integration partners. Establish lead qualification criteria and ensure proper distribution to the appropriate sales teams.
- Demand Creation: Collaborate with Weave sales and marketing teams to develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns supporting integration partnerships, including field marketing and events. Establish lead qualification criteria and ensure leads are appropriately distributed to sales teams.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish success metrics and report on campaign performance, enabling informed decisions about which partners and programs drive success.

- Demand Creation: Drive qualified opportunities and contribute to partner revenue through effective marketing efforts.
- Content Usage and Efficacy: Ensure partners effectively utilize collateral, tools, and training and perceive it as valuable.
- Pipeline Velocity: Enhance Weave sales and integration partners' ability to close deals more quickly over time through targeted marketing support.
- Partner Knowledge: Increase the number of trained partners, ensuring they have a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, new products/services, and demand creation processes.
- Retention: Deepen relationships and improve longevity with integration partners and facilitate cross-selling and upselling opportunities over time.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- 5+ years of proven experience in partner marketing program management.
- Understanding of a variety of partnership types including channel, co-marketing, affiliate, referral, and reseller.
- Familiarity with partnership contract negotiation and how to maximize co-marketing opportunities with partners.
- Understanding of multiple marketing channels including email marketing, direct mail, paid media, events, and sponsorships.
- Experience developing compelling messaging and positioning statements and adapting existing content to fit partnerships.
- Strong understanding of demand marketing funnel and sales and marketing alignment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent project management with attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, and a passion for the roles that partners play in creating demand.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Analytical skills to assess the success of campaigns, content, and programs.
- Good creative judgment to recognize on-brand partnerships and content.
