- This Position will supports a variety of activities associated with processing internal and external data in support of product improvement and product reliability.
- This position is required to work with other team members/employees in many functional areas to support definition of the issue, root cause investigation, and issue resolution.
- This person will act on the direction established by the product support team and will be expected to work closely with the extended team and other support groups.
- The position's primary customers are external that have experienced an issue with a production machine. The position will require the successful candidate to carefully evaluate claims and claims stories on a frequent basis.
- Day to day what is the resource doing
- Some flexibility regarding hours (+/- 1 hour)
- 3 days in-office per week.
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering/Manufacturing and must possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the field
Desired:
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, or in the quality field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and strong computer skills,
- Advanced computer applications (Excel, Powerpoint),
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
