<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>igaming professional</strong>with a specific interest in delivering <strong>Quality Service</strong>. <br><br>The <strong>Polish-speaking Quality Assurance Manager</strong> will strive to ensure the company delivers the highest standard of service, leading to the highest retention of players and top-notch reviews. </p><p>The role, in a nutshell, is to <strong>review and assess the VIP</strong>account managers’ communication with players. The role does not require direct contact with players</p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Daily quality assessment of all VIP account Manager interaction with players</li><li>Regular assessments of special VIP activities, promotions, and rewards</li><li>Analyse QA metrics and performance indicators to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement</li><li>Monitor VIP player feedback and eventual complaints</li><li>Proactively address any quality-related issues in a timely manner</li><li>Regular reporting and data-driven recommendations on improvement</li><li>Ensure the Company’s practices and procedures are up-to-date with industry trends for best practice and regulatory requirements</li><li>Continuous enhancement of QA processes</li><li>Ensure procedure manuals are always updated and in line with industry standards</li><li>Create materials for in-house user-manuals and training</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional communication skills in Polish, both written and spoken</li><li>2+ years experience in a customer facing role in igaming</li><li>Excellent understanding of VIP management best practices for the Polish-speaking market</li><li>Experience in quality assurance, including assessments of VIP programs / strategies for VIP clients</li><li>Interest and understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, prioritise, and resolve complex issues efficiently</li><li>Knowledge of igaming regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards related to VIP player experiences</li></ul><p><strong>About this role</strong></p><ul><li>€28-32K annual salary</li><li>Office-based role, Mo-Fri 09-18</li><li>No weekends, no shifts!</li><li>Based in Limassol, Cyprus</li><li>50% KPI-related bonus</li><li>Plenty of room for professional growth</li></ul><p>Please, apply with your detailed CV in English</p><p><br>*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU.
