Your main responsibilities

We're looking for a Workshop Technical Advisor M/F to manage the company's shop which includes valves and PSV, machining, fabrication, rotating, and mechanical seal shops. The Workshop Technical Advisor will lead and coordinate specific and complex repairs.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Manage all the repair and Overhaul shop's technical and method engineering aspects
• Ensure process documentation, design, and fabrication

Your background

Education:

• An engineering diploma or minimum of 10 years of methods engineering (Manufacturing & Maintenance Repair & Overhaul - MRO) experience in a similar environment or advanced

Skills :

• Strong familiarity with industrial assets and maintenance best practices in equipment repair and overhaul facilities & equipment
• Excellent technical planning and troubleshooting skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• French and Malagasy are an advantage
• Sound work ethics
• Influential, decisiveness

Experience:

• 15 to 20 years of experience in method engineering of industrial processes in new manufacture, repair, and overhaul facilities
• Experienced in materials machinability and thermal special processes
• Extensive industrial part maintenance experience along with sound machining, fabricating & assembly practices knowledge
