Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are currently seeking to fill a Radio Design Integration Developer position within our Radio HW Product Integration team. Our group is responsible for hardware development of wireless base station equipment. We are developing state of the art, multi-standard radio and digital hardware for cellular LTE, W-CDMA (UMTS), GSM and 5G applications. Our base station products are deployed by worldwide leading mobile operators.
You will:

analyze new product design and its performance requirements
define scope of radio integration and plan radio integration activities
identify new equipment and software required to perform integration activities
prepare lab environment including both HW (test equipment) and software components
define test coverage required for integration and describe how it will be performed

connect low power TX and RX, Power Amplifier and Filter Unit prototype into a radio unit and integrate radio unit HW and SW
implement test and validation methods for efficient integration coverage
develop all necessarycalibration and performance optimization procedures
define robustness and stress test required for new product
perform required validation and test of radio product

analyze result and take appropriate action to drive necessary radio software updates, perform error detection or report error to meaningful hardware or software design units
perform statistical analysis of measurement data to estimate expected parameter margins and yield
produce documentation as per radio design and integration processes
perform troubleshooting and customer support
drive continuous improvements of processes and product quality

To be successful in the role, you must have:

BSc level in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field
Knowledge of RF hardware and system design
Greater than 2 years' experience in industry
Proven understanding of applicable wireless technologies (e.g. GSM, UMTS, WCDMA, LTE) and industry standards (e.g. 3GPP)

Proven experience with basic lab equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, multimeters and power supplies
Ability to multitask across various subject areas and tasks
Energy and drive to thrive in a dynamic product development environment
Preferred course specialization in: Wireless, RF/microwave, communication systems
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Microsoft Windows/Office & Linux skills
Matlab, simulation tools skills
Ability to develop and maintain scripts and software in one or more of these languages: Agilent VEE, LabVIEW, C#
Coaching and mentoring skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Strong team and interpersonal skills
