SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS [note: bold skills and certification are required]
5+ years of manufacturing experience
CAD/CAM CNC programming experience (NX preferred)
CNC Milling machine processing, tooling and programming (with 4 and 5 axis machining)
Hands on experience, will be out on shop floor 50% of the time.
Leadership experience - no direct reports, will lead projects, mentor junior Engineers.

Base Salary - $75,000 to $95,000
