Anjul,
I need an Electrical assembler. Electrical assembly needs to be the primary skill. All of the previous candidates indicate they can do this work but, in reality, they admitted that was not entirely true.
Angel and Danny Padilla are workable but still it is not their primary skill.
I can up my pay rate to 40/45 per hour for the right guy.
We are going to rigorously test their ability in the interview
Can you look for a couple of candidates?
