Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of DonatechMonday-Friday, 1st shift - 5:00am-1:30pm
Overtime available post-shift or weekends after training is complete

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Supervisor the Electrical Assembler performs a wide variety of electrical production wire harnesses and wire harness installs of a semi-skilled nature to build up and assemble a varying level of complex units.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Determines methods and sequence of assembly operations to achieve requirements per provided electrical drawings, shop orders, or process specifications
Works with electrical components and wiring of various assemblies to build wiring harnesses perform ATP.
Utilizes with aviation electrical tools: crimp tool, DMM, wire stripper, etc.
Utilizes small hand tools such as wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers to perform some mechanical assembly
Able to use precision measurement tools such as but not limited to scales, calipers (digital and dial) and micrometers.
Disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes, reassembles, and tests units as required.
Reads and comprehends shop orders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus
Experience with and ability to interpret engineering drawings with a focus on electrical assembly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs periodically
Good fine motor skills and ability to manipulate small components
Aerospace experience preferred
Experience with Client process specs for electrical assemblies and installation
Experience with the D6-54446 SWPM (standard wire practices manual)
Experience with or certification in IPC/WHMA-A-620 Wire harness and assembly •
