Job Title: Electronic Assembler

Duration: 6 Months extendable contractJob Description: Performs various repetitive electronic -mechanical assembly operations on the assemblies and subassemblies. Skilled in using hand soldering equipment and basic hand tools Demonstrated proficiency in performing soldering using tin lead and lead free solder. Interview Process - The manager spends about 15 mins speaking to the candidates and discussing their previous experiences and then each individual is taken to the Production floor and to test their soldering and inspection skills. The Lead and manager will then review the workmanship. All employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company.
High School diploma Solid written and spoken communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft 2013 Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Soldering to the level of 001 0005 components
Inspection per the IPC-610 standard
General Basic Mechanical Skills.
Skilled in basic soldering and inspection per IPC-610 standard.
The individual must be able to work 40+ hours a week to support the business needs.
Good communication skills.
