Sr Field Compliance Technician ( Philippines )

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to field operations. You will work closely with the field team to identify potential compliance issues, provide guidance on corrective actions, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies
• Ensure proper documentation of compliance activities and maintain accurate records
• Provide training and guidance on compliance practices and procedures
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
• Participate in incident investigations and provide support in resolving compliance-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in safety related to oil and gas industry.
• Certified in NEBOSH or OSHA or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of Safety International standards such as NFPA, OSHA, NEBOSH and ANSI.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in using computer applications and software
• Valid Philippine driver's license and willingness to travel to field locations as needed
