Instrumentation Support Engineer

Eram Talent is currently seeking an experienced Instrumentation Support Engineer to join their team. As an Instrumentation Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for instrumentation systems and solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of instrumentation systems to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for instrumentation systems and solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving instrumentation-related issues
• Provide required support for DCS, SCADA, RTU, VMS & Safety Systems to proponent organization.
• Performs engineering support, troubleshooting of all Yokogawa Centum VP DCS, Triconex ESD, Bently Nevada VMS and Siemens PCS-7 SCADA Systems.
• Manage minor/major modification programs, related to Yokogawa Centum VP DCS, Triconex ESD, Bently Nevada VMS and Siemens PCS-7 SCADA Systems hardware and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Must have hands on experience in Simatic SCADA system PCS7
• Knowledge and experience on various network design/third party systems integration protocols such as Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC, Profibus etc, and fiber optic communication system.
• Having knowledge and working experience on Yokogawa Centum VP DCS.
• Having knowledge and working experience on Triconex ESD.
• Having knowledge and working experience on Bently Nevada.
• Having knowledge and working experience on various network design/third party systems integration protocols such as Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC, Profibus, and fiber optic communication system.
