Sr. Financial Analyst – Finance Operations
Location: Busek Co., Inc.
As a Sr. Financial Analyst at Busek, you will lead and support finance operations by building scalable accounting processes and overseeing the issuance of corporate financial statements. This role involves close collaboration with corporate accounting on journal entries, financial budgeting, and ERP system upgrades (EpiCor experience is highly desirable). You will also conduct in-depth analysis of past performance and assist with pricing, contracts, and company-wide financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate financial statements
• Assist with financial modeling, budgeting, and pricing proposals
• Lead ERP implementation and upgrades (EpiCor)
• Analyze past performance to assess actual results vs. forecasts
• Collaborate with corporate accounting on financial budgeting and variance analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently
