Pair Eyewear is looking for a Product Manager to support Internal Tools. As a Product Manager supporting Internal Tools, you will define the strategy for our Platform Squad, focusing on optimizing our internal tools and cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with our Customer Service and Operations teams. You will own the roadmap for our homegrown Order Management System and lead initiatives to make RX and order management more seamless for our customers and internal teams. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and involves close collaboration with engineering and design teams to build best-in-class products.
This is a remote-friendly position, with a hybrid option available for those in the NYC Metropolitan area.
At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $130,000 - $150,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
