About the Sales Assistant position

We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Sales Assistant responsibilities are:

• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with service

• Greeting customers cheerfully

• Maintain a fully stocked store

• Providing accurate information about products/services

• Welcome and greet customers

• Familiar with POS processes

• Following the company’s policies accordingly

Sales Assistant requirements are:

• Experience in this field

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Good English speaking skills

• Record of sales quota

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer- oriented

• Friendly, outgoing personality

• High school diploma
