They are now looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to lead the delivery and implementation of the marketing plan and consequent activities of the client/s.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the client's WIP document.
- Take minutes of all internal and client meetings.
- Write and distribute a contact report for client meetings.
- Create projects, milestones, and tasks in Accelo.
- Liaise with client and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of all marketing activities.
- Coordinate with any external agency resources and media.
- Provide activity and outcome reports to the client and Permission management team on an agreed frequency.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and budget.
- Monitor/maintain consistent and high-quality execution of all marketing materials across all channels.
- Planning and management of clients’ digital assets (website, social media, newsletters, blogs, case studies)
- Manage distribution of client’s content across identified platforms (I.e,, website, social media, newsletters, blogs, case studies), including basic copywriting
- Update and maintain a content calendar.
- Use various AI tools to help plan and create marketing content
- Setup and distribute eDM’s
- Monitor performance and prepare reporting
- Support the delivery of LinkedIn and email lead-generation activity
- Management of leads generation results and reporting
- Run/manage clients’ ad campaigns, including but not limited to Google and all social media platforms
- Coordinate all events
- Research relevant industry events
- Research speaker and panel opportunities for client
- Support the delivery of internal projects
- Draft or update processes in System HUB
Requirements
- Proficient in document management, particularly in managing WIP documents and note-taking skills for internal and client meetings.
- Strong writing abilities to create and distribute contact reports for client meetings.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Accelo, to create projects, milestones, and tasks.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both clients and internal stakeholders for marketing activities.
- Attention to detail to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of marketing materials across all channels.
- Competency in planning and managing clients' digital assets, including websites, social media, newsletters, blogs, and case studies.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing content planning and creation.
- Ability to set up and distribute eDMs (electronic direct mails).
- Supportive role in delivering LinkedIn and email lead generation activities.
- Competency in managing lead generation results and reporting.
- Experience in running and managing clients' ad campaigns, including Google and various social media platforms.
- Coordination skills for managing events and researching relevant industry events.
- Ability to research speaker and panel opportunities for clients.
- Familiarity with drafting or updating processes in System HUB.
