Tax CoordinatorIrvine, CA
We're currently seeking a Tax Coordinator. Under the general supervision of the Tax Director/Partner, this person will be responsible for managing a broad range of administrative responsibilities to provide support for the tax team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Update and monitor due dates of all forms of tax returns and tax compliances (Individuals, Corporate, Partnerships, Fiduciary, Gift Tax, all state returns, etc.).
- Monitor and track the tax return processes from start to finish.
- Train new employees within the tax department on Tracking System, and routing sheets for proper completion.
- Oversee the overall closing procedures for tax returns following quality control standards.
- Communicate project deadlines, status, and workflow questions from partners, directors, managers, and clients.

- Able to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
- Ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
- Overtime (evenings and weekends) during busy seasons will be required.
- AS degree preferred and/or actively pursuing bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Comfort with Data Management and CCH products- i.e., CCH Workstream, CCH Axcess, a plus.
