<p><strong>DRI is taking a leading role in the energy transition in Europe.</strong></p><p>Our mission is to accelerate the reduction in Europe’s reliance on fossil fuels, and we have already established a portfolio of onshore wind and solar projects. At the end of 2023 we finished construction of our first solar park and windfarm, which are now exporting power.</p><p>To have the biggest impact, we target markets that are underserved by capital and renewable expertise, by a team with a long history in successful development and construction of major renewable projects.</p><p>The Business Process Manager is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements across the organization. This role involves evaluating existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance and effectiveness. Additionally, the Business Process Manager ensures governance frameworks are established and maintained, aligning business processes with corporate strategies.</p><p><strong>What you will do </strong><br><strong><br>1. Process Analysis and Improvement:</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks.</li><li>Develop and propose process optimization strategies and frameworks.</li><li>Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives across departments.</li></ul><ul></ul><p><strong>2. Process Design and Implementation:</strong></p><ul><li>Design workflows and process models to improve operational efficiency.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and create policies and procedures.</li><li>Implement process changes and monitor performance metrics to assess improvements</li></ul><p><strong>3. Governance and Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Establish governance frameworks and policies to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.</li><li>Maintain documentation and process audits for governance reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with department heads and team leaders to understand business needs and process challenges.</li><li>Facilitate cross-functional workshops to promote alignment and process adoption.</li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to leadership and teams.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide regular reports and insights to management on process performance.</li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Education in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>5+ years of experience in business process management, operations or related roles (implementation or transformation of existing business process management methodologies).</li><li>Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Knowledge of BPM methodologies, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), Lean, Six Sigma, or others.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with different teams and management levels.</li><li>Familiarity with governance frameworks</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li><li>Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Visio.</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development</li><li>A collaborative and inclusive work environment</li><li>Supportive and dynamic company culture</li><li>Exciting and challenging projects</li><li>Located in the city of Amsterdam</li></ul><p>At DRI, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
