Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in computer field preferred. A willingness and ability to learn and grow. Effective written and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Support end user issues involving Desktops, laptops, tablets and Printers.
- Suport dispatch and call center staff with phone and headset issues.
- Support our ERP software that runs the business.
- Suport our field techs with phone, email issues, including apps for the business.
- Assist with creating documentation and training for our various processes.
- Light programming or C++ knowledge a plus.
