IT Technician

New Jersey’s premier HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company is looking for an experienced full-time IT Technician to join our winning team.

Responsibilities:

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in computer field preferred. A willingness and ability to learn and grow. Effective written and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Support end user issues involving Desktops, laptops, tablets and Printers.
• Suport dispatch and call center staff with phone and headset issues.
• Support our ERP software that runs the business.
• Suport our field techs with phone, email issues, including apps for the business.
• Assist with creating documentation and training for our various processes.
• Light programming or C++ knowledge a plus.
