Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to hot leads that are provided daily
- Engage with potential clients to understand their credit repair needs and goals.
- Educate consumers on the credit repair process
- Conduct thorough credit analyses to identify inaccuracies, errors, or negative items affecting clients' credit scores..
- Close sales and enroll clients in our credit repair program.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the credit repair process.
- Meet or exceed sales daily, weekly, monthly targets and performance metrics.
- Document all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date about changes in credit laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in phone sales, preferably in the financial services or credit repair industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with credit reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
