Position Overview
Reporting to the Superintendent, Site Services and working two (2) weeks on two (2) weeks off rotation at the Ekati Mine site, the successful candidate will be an effective leader, willing to spend necessary time and effort to coach and mentor team members. The Team Leader, Infrastructure will support and act as a Liaison for the Camp, Catering & Janitorial Contract, mentor and oversee Aviation services and passenger movement in/out of site, and direct overall Waste Management function throughout the Ekati site. The incumbent will have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships in a unionized environment and stakeholders.

Additional Information
The Company provides travel to and from the Ekati mine site out of Calgary, Yellowknife, and other northern fly points.
