Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Inventory, Production and Allocation coordination and prioritization via Excel.
- Systematic entry of sales orders, assembly builds/work orders and purchase orders in ERP systems (Genius, Oracle).
- Communication with customers regarding order statuses.
- Coordination of RMA requests between external customers and internal stakeholders (logistics, quality, production).
- Communication with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Manufacturing, Planning and Fulfillment teams.
- Participate in cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with other special projects as needed.
Requirements - College diploma / University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Planning preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in roles with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Planning, Fulfillment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with ERP systems (Genius, Oracle) a plus.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of material flows in manufacturing is a plus.
- Great organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with a team player and get-it-done attitude.
