ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee and drive digital marketing campaigns for our clients. This role involves managing client relationships, strategizing, and executing digital marketing initiatives to ensure that objectives are met within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, account management, and analytics to create value-driven strategies that align with our clients' goals. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Client Relationship Building and Management: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, cultivating trust and loyalty to enhance long-term partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals, including paid search (PPC), SEO, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. 
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and KPIs. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing clients with detailed insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as creative, content, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution of digital marketing strategies. 
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, optimize spend, and forecast performance to maximize ROI. 
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies to offer proactive recommendations. 
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to clients on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimizations. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing platforms. 

SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

TRAVEL:

  • None outside of commute (hybrid work required from our office in Brentwood, Tennessee at least 2-days per week).
