Director of Product

Credit Key is the leading provider of flexible payments for B2B transactions. Credit Key empowers businesses to offer their customers greater access to capital with flexible payment terms.

As we continue to grow our team, we are looking for a Director of Product to help lead our borrower and merchant experience product strategy. Reporting to the VP of Product, the Director of Product focuses on delivering products and customer experiences that reduce friction, improve borrower and merchant outcomes, drive business value, and increase efficiency. This role partners closely with other functions such as engineering, sales, and customer success teams. 

What you'll do

• Define product strategy, create, and execute products and features that drive the future of small business financing.
• Serve merchants and borrowers by identifying and solving problems across our product and business.
• Deliver products in a complex and fast-paced environment using an iterative, agile process and experimentation approach.
• Collaborate with our engineering, sales, and customer success teams cross functionally to deliver tools and solutions.

Requirements

What we look for

• 8+ years of product management experience in Fintech with demonstrated success launching new products.
• Thrives in a face-paced, rapidly changing environment. 
• Ability to come up with solutions  despite not having all the information and limited resources.
• Excels in managing multiple tasks and many moving pieces.
• Solid technical chops that allow you to have in depth technical discussions and opinions.
• Ability to identify product opportunities through data analysis, qualitative research, and field research.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and determination to do whatever it takes to make your product successful.
