PASSIVE TECHNICAL TALENT RESEARCH SPECIALIST AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $150K to $250K (based upon candidate and experience)
Plus Year-end Bonus; Relocation Bonus (if applicable/needed); and Excellent Benefits

This role offers the opportunity to work fully remote based anywhere on Mainland USA or out of one of the organization's US-based Offices (New York, NY; Rye, NY; Princeton, NJ; Wellesley, MA; Overland Park, KS; Denver, CO; or Menlo Park, CA).

Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join its organization as a Passive Technical Talent Research Specialist to find and engage impressive talent globally. In this role, you will collaborate with other members of Recruiting, Business Stakeholders, and External Partners to shape and realize our ambitious human resource goals. This role offers the opportunity to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment. The location of this role is flexible, with the opportunity to work remotely or be based in one of our offices.

Should you opt to be office-based, we have returned in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees welcome
At least Four (4) years of experience Sourcing Exceptional Technical Candidates in a Search Firm and/or Tn-house Environment, including experience finding and engaging underrepresented talent
Commensurate experience at a market insights firm or in a data-rich, research-intensive field is welcome
Able to balance thorough research with a creative approach to problem solving will excel in this role
Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills are highly sought after

Responsibilities & Duties
You will create and execute strategies to identify and attract accomplished technical candidates for positions throughout the firm. The work will involve collaborating with colleagues on our innovation-focused Recruiting Team, as well as with Hiring Managers, to critically assess talent markets. You will craft research plans to map a wide range of candidate populations and will thoughtfully engage prospective candidates to better understand their professional and academic experience, interests, and motivations. This role also provides the opportunity to measure the impact of talent sourcing methods in a rigorous, data-driven way. •
