Job Title: Recruiting Support Admin
Contract Duration: 3 months

Qualifications and experience desired:
- Under general supervision, provides administrative support of day-to-day recruitment and human resource operations. Supports recruitment activities such as scheduling meetings, maintaining HR application tracking systems, interviewing candidates, sharing information about the positions via Zoom presentations, reviews incoming documents, compiles information and generates reports in Excel. Provides excellent customer service to applicants and candidates throughout the entire process from interest inquiry to first day.
- Temp will work 100% on site.
- If they work out this could be a six-month position.

Two years of general administrative experience that includes being first point of customer contact via phone, email and other systems.
One year of experience performing highly detailed work involving sensitive or privileged information. For example, payroll, legal or medical data, test administration, recruiting and staffing, drug policy administration, grievance handling or substantially similar duties.
Word, mail merge functions, formatting, use of tables, and other activities generally associated with intermediate proficiency.
Excel, with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, graphs and reports, including linked worksheets.
Professional-level grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Time management, including priority setting and resetting.
Principles of customer service.
Communication in English, in writing and verbally.
Attention to detail to identify and correct errors to maintain data integrity
Microsoft Office products, and Zoom
Responding with flexibility to changing priorities.
Working well independently and in a team. Projects and functions to be performed:
Supports hiring and staffing activities such as scheduling, hosting interviews, testing (including drug & alcohol), and proctoring tests.
Monitors, directs, and answers correspondence from internal and external sources.
Shares detailed information with potential candidates via weekly Zoom presentations, phone calls and emails.
Processes, verifies, and maintains documentation.
Managing calls, making many calls to candidates throughout the workday.
Scheduling meetings for many different people at once, using Zoom, Teams and Outlook.
Assists with various projects as assigned.
