person being a go-getter, proactive, eager to do and learn. And having Sr Tech BA experience in media & entertainment supply chain/contractual payouts. Prefer someone who has supported systems that are financial/sub-ledger or data systems that feed into financial systems. Just so the person is VERY aware of the risks and care involved with handling systems that carry a financial impact if things are wrong
Primary job duties/Responsibilities :
o Listen, probe, clarify and confirm requirements with business end users
Ability to create & maintain structured, detailed communication to the technical team
o Reinforce requirements through clear written and visual documentation (tech, user, process) that supports INVEST-based user stories.
o Change Impact
o Maintain traceability matrix and dependencies
o Component mapping and impact analysis
o Collaboration
o Work closely with Product Owners within the Agile team, avoiding operational silos.
o Cross-functional coordination with members of the development team (tech lead, engineers, QA) to ensure User Stories are developed and successfully delivered.
