Inbox Business Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and services, is looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Consultant. The candidate would be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust risk management framework, including the documentation of risk management policies and procedures. This role must have in-depth understanding of enterprise risk management principles, with expertise in financial institution risks such as market risks, liquidity risks, and credit risks. The candidate would be collaborating closely with the client to understand their existing way of working (both written and in practical), conducting thorough analyses of existing processes, and developing comprehensive documentation based on the collected information department-wise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with ISO 31000, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments of enterprise risks, including market risks, liquidity risks, credit risks, etc., utilizing ISO 31000 and other relevant risk management frameworks. Identify and analyze potential risk exposures and vulnerabilities across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation controls and strategies to minimize exposure to identified risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of ISO 31000 Risk Management standard along with other necessary frameworks.
- Prepare high-quality documentation of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. Generate comprehensive risk reports (and presentations) for management and regulatory purposes, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Ensure all documentation and presentations adhere to international quality standards, maintaining accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise audit, risk, and compliance within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments using ISO 31000 and other relevant frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, with Arabic proficiency preferred.
