Duties:

Process incoming request through NetSuite
Audit/Review expense report's through Coupa Expense
Review and attention email inquiries
Investigate and resolve invoices in NetSuite and Coupa
Work with the GL and FP&A team to facilitate corrections in NetSuite
Reconcile various SOA's as well as identify processing error's
Assist / Provide support with the weekly processing and recording of checks/wires/ ACH payments
Provide review of internal control's as set forth by 8x8, Inc. for vendor on boarding
Review and assist ADHOC projects as needed

Requirements:

Must have proficient knowledge in Accounts Payable with some knowledge in Accounting Principles
Experience with NetSuite
Experience with an OCR process
Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and listening communication skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Effective written communication skills
Able to adapt to changing priorities/duties when requested
