Application Development Manager

1. Technically hands-on
2. Someone who has been a POC, running projects
3. Do requirements gathering, analysis, design and development (e2e)
4. Excellent communication skills – someone who can represent the project and be answerable to key stakeholders
   1. Proactive, willing to learn business, technology and foresee risk/users requirements after initial training (min hand-holding)
5. Java, Hadoop, SQL, Unix skills
6. Capital Markets exp is preferred
7. 10+ years of experience and able to manage 2-3 people with individual contribution to the project
