JOB TITLE: Temporary Employee – AMT Management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Received AMT and process the AMT's Daily on AMT Portal
2. Co-ordinate with Specifying department for early specifying.
3. Identifying the issues/bottle necks and solving the issues.
4. Providing the AMT shipment plan to TVS logistics daily.
5. Interacting with suppliers and arranging the AMT material on fast track basis.
6. Interacting with SSI, stores and DC and TVS logistics and ensuring AMT's are shipped daily.
7. Maintain a high standard of house keeping with in the department.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a Bachelor Degree .
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-2 years in admin/planning/PPC experience
ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRES
1. Good Communication skill
2. Hands on experience in MS Excel.
3. Should possess good interpersonal & team skills.
4. Interested in learning.
