National Automation, a FAAC Technologies company, one of Ireland’s leading distributors of automation, access control, CCTV and security products are looking to recruit a Full-time Office Administrator / Receptionist to join the team based at our offices in Boyle, Co. Roscommon.

The ideal Candidate will have some experience in working in a high-paced office environment, be flexible in their approach, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have good computer, written and verbal communication skills.

• THE ROLE:

The key focus of this role is to provide a first class service to our customers with each and every time. Duties of the role include but not limited too; welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel, carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, maintaining general office files and performing other relevant duties when needed. Previous experience in an office, receptionist or admin role will be an advantage.

You will be working within a team of dedicated office support staff to maximise our customer service and response times. You will have experience in providing a consistent high level of performance and have the ability to work under pressure in providing an exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have IT computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Past experience with INTACT or another ERP Software will also be an advantage. Relevant past education, training or experience linked to the role will be an advantage but not a perquisite to employment as full training will be offered upon commencement of the role.

• THE PERSON:

The successful candidate needs to be highly motivated and committed in the long term to developing their skillset in this role. The ability to work on your own initiative, wiliness to continuously learn and develop your skillset, possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player and possess a ‘can do winning attitude’ are all essential requirements.

Full role development training is provided for. The potential for this role in the long term is excellent, as you will be representing a brand that regarded as best in class among our Customers and is a strong market leader with a rich heritage. You will have all the tools and support needed to succeed in the long term.
