Core One is seeking a Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA) to support the program. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research or equivalent experience.
• Ability to review and develop analytical and technical input for evaluation documentation related to USSOCOM and service-level strategy, operations, activities, and potential threats.
• Experience in formulating problems and designing research and study methods.
• Familiarity with the process for updating the Annual Joint Assessment and Joint Military Assessment.
• Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of complex military problems.
• Skill in summarizing and synthesizing complex analyses into simplified terms that are relatable and understandable to non-ORSA SMEs.
• Capability to coordinate and integrate ORSA actions with other staff elements and functions to ensure they are actionable and operational.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience serving in the Department of Defense on a Military staff, performing executive functions and managing bi-lateral information flow between the Commander and subordinate units.
• Preferred to possess a working knowledge of MARFORSOC organization, structure, and mission.
