The successful candidate will work with a myriad of professionals in Global Markets Business Management, Chief Administrative Officers, Markets Middle Office, Compliance, Internal Audit, Financial Control and Operations and Technology. Overview: The goal of the Client Business Controls and Supervision team is to help establish a robust control environment and culture within the business worldwide. Developing a proactive control approach assists management in achieving strategic objectives, promotes efficiency, reduces the risk of loss and helps ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, laws and regulations. In addition, properly functioning internal controls enable management to deal with today's rapidly changing environment and prepare for future growth.Key Responsibilities:•
Provide support in a Client 239 Regulatory requirement. •
Coordinate and execute project milestones and document deliverables, as required.•
Develop and maintain tracking metrics for management reporting and escalation.•
Maintain control documentation needed for the various internal, external and regulatory reviews.•
Develop internal relationships and provide support across various Trading / Sales Desks.Client's ICG Markets & Securities Services business is a complex business with multiple products and services that span the globe. Gain the trust and confidence of the Markets business unit managers.•
Establish a rapport with Business Managers, Compliance, Internal Audit, Financial Control and Middle Office.•
Develop a broad and detailed understanding of the organization's landscape, culture and technology.•
Understand the relevant markets and the applicable regulations which govern the markets and associating projects assigned.Client is a global leader in underwriting, structuring, and trading across all asset classes, including equities, corporate bonds, government and agency bonds, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities, syndicated loans, structured and futures products. The candidate will work with and have high visibility with senior managers/staff in business and support functions.JOB SPECIFICATIONQualifications: •
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting.•
Series 7, 24 a plus.Skills: •
Strong desktop/PC skills which include working knowledge of MS suite of applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Competencies:•
