Job Description

Software Engineer – sounds straight forward, right?

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Write maintainable, high quality code.
• Test/review your own code prior to peer review.
• Provide software feature estimates.
• Solve problems independently or with little guidance.
• Collaborate with other engineers both remotely and in person.
• Reading/writing documentation to help solve problems.
• In our fast-paced environment, you’re dedicated to delivering high-quality code efficiently, understanding that iteration and constant improvement are more effective than aiming for one-time perfection. 
• You prioritize progress, confidently releasing projects to make an impact and continuously refining them as you grow.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, with knowledge of the Laravel and Vue.js framework. 
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with CSS, HTML, and Javascript.
• Familiarity with MVC and Three Tiered Architecture.
• An interest in eradicating SQL injection, XSS, and XSRF exploits is a bonus, but not a necessity.
• You’re the kind of person who sees a blank to-do list as an opportunity. 
• Constant learner who’s passionate about staying on top of emerging technologies.
