Requirements:
· Develops relationship with Veeva CRM Customer Success Manager · Collaborate with Business Members to understand business needs & challenges faced, confirm requirements and Technical design changes align with expectations to understand and gather Requirements. · Documents Business Requirement Documents in collaboration with the business and seeks approval as appropriate · Collaborates with IT Functional Leads and IT Platform Leads to create Functional/Logical/Technical Designs · Confirms Development Feasibility and Timeline with IT and sets timeline and solution expectations with Business · Write User Acceptance Test (“UAT”) scripts and actively supports and facilitates UAT execution · Assist with documentation and handover to application support teams and service desk |
