Manufacturing Technician

• Observes and assists with routine manufacturing related studies and processes.
• Gathers and records routine production information; enters data into internal computer systems.
• Assists with routine repair and retest product and manufacturing facilities.
• Assists in resolving routine manufacturing or maintenance related problems affecting daily operations.
• May assist in technical problem solving/troubleshooting support to a manufacturing environment.
• Assists with troubleshooting for machine operations to determine parameters for improving efficiency in a production environment.
• Candidates must have a manufacturing background and exhibit the ability to perform the listed job functions.
• Participation in the production of manufactured products, and operation of automated equipment operation.
• Maintain documentation of equipment maintenance logs and inventories.
• Must be confident in using a computer using MS word, excel.
• Assist with various other projects and departments upon request.
• Ability to understand and strictly adhere to written operational procedures and understand manufacturing process instructions.
• Understanding of MSDS sheets in accordance to working with and around potentially hazardous chemicals and have experience with PPE related to chemicals.
• Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 30 pounds with assistance.
• Work safely and adhere to Client safety policies and procedures.
• FDA knowledge is a plus.
• Must have good dexterity handling parts.
• Pay close attention to detail.
