Key Duties And Responsibilities

Repair and rebuild nozzles, rods, and heater blocks
Remove nozzles and clean
Ability to set new patterns
Operate crane
Maintain organization in the set up area
Support all production departments
Follow Safety, SMED, and 5s practices in plant

Other Certifications Required Or Desired
Technical college classes in maintenance / related fields
Work Experience Required
Training and/or experience with Structural Foam presses
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

Must be mechanically inclined
Experience in working within a team environment
Knowledge of ISO or QS 9000
Excellent communication and math skills
Safety awareness and familiar with OSHA regulations
Relationship development and communication skills
Dependable self starter with good attendance record
Ability to work independently
Needs to be a proactive person, adept at understanding manufacturing processes
Needs to be detail-oriented and willing to follow through completely on assigned projects
